Untar muito bem uma forma sem buraco (quadrada, rectangular ou redonda) e polvilhar com farinha.&lt;br /&gt;Deitar a massa e levar ao forno (180º) até cozer, mais ou menos 40 mim. . Se começar a tostar, tapar com papel ou alumínio. Deixar arrefecer um pouco e tirar da forma.&lt;br /&gt;Fazer um chantily com as natas e açúcar a gosto. Descascar e partir as nozes, sem as esfarelar. Confesso que nao saiu da maneira que o idealizei. Primeiro pensei fazer o pao de lo, rechea-lo com chantilly e morangos, cobrir com gelatina e com chocolate, mas falando com a minha melhor Amiga, ela aconselhou-me nao o rechear. Acabei por aceitar a sua sugestao e ainda bem, porque o recheio iria tornar um simples bolo num bolo enjoativo. Depois tive muita dificuldade com a parte da gelatina que teimava em nao solidificar, colocando sobre esta o chocolate derretido bem foi para esquecer. Mas mesmo nao saindo como o imaginei, garanto-vos que ficou uma verdadeira delicia. nada enjoativo e muito, muito fresquinho. Bata as gemas com o acucar ate ter um creme muito fofo, junte a farinha peneirada e envolva na massa. Leve ao forno numa forma untada e polvilhada cerca de 25 minutos em forno medio. Assim que fique pronto,desenforme, pique-o com um palito e regue-o com a calad ade ananas. Deixe arrefecer.&lt;br /&gt;Espalhe toda a gelatina e leve ao frigorifico para solidificar melhor a gelatina. Va preparando o chocolate. Derreta o chocolate em banho-maria e junte as natas, envolva bem e cubra o bolo, tendo cuidado pois a gelatina tende a ir escorrendo. Frite tudo, mexendo ate que os legumes fiquem tenros.Junte o cominho e a pimenta vermelha,refogue mais uns minutinhos. Adicione os tomates, o pure de tomate e o caldo de legumes. Deixe ferver.Reduza o lume e envolva o feijao frade e o feijao verde aos pedacos, deixe cozinhar cerca de 5 minutos. Tempere de sal e rectifique a pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;Enquanto isso, coloque o couscous num recipiente e cubra com a agua a ferver. Deixe 10 minutos de molho.&lt;br /&gt;Passado esse tempo, mexa o couscous, envolva os legumes, misturando muito bem. &lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PAO DE LO&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;10 gemas&lt;br /&gt;2 ovos inteiros&lt;br /&gt;160 grs de acucar&lt;br /&gt;100 grs de farinha&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;comece por juntar as genas com os ovos e o acucar e bata muito bem ate ficar um creme fofo.Junte a farinha peneirada e envolva muito bem sem bater,so envolvendo.Unte e polvilhe uma forma sem buraco e leve ao forno medio 25 minutos.Apos assado desenforme e deixe arrefecer completamente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recheio do bolo:&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;CREME DE CHOCOLATE COM AMENDOAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;200 grs de chocolate de culinaria&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de cha de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;100 ml natas&lt;br /&gt;80 grs de amendoa picada&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Leve as natas ao lume num tachinho,tendo o cuidado de nao as deixar ferver,coloque o chocolate partido em pedacos, a amendoa e a manteiga,va mexendo ate todo o chocolate derreter.Assim que esteja um creme homogeneo,retire e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cobertura do bolo:&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;DOCE DE OVOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;350 ml de agua&lt;br /&gt;200 grs de acucar&lt;br /&gt;10 gemas&lt;br /&gt;essencia de baunilha ( cerca de 2/3 gotinhas )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;leve a agua ao lume a ferver com o acucar e a baunilha.Assim que comecar a ebulicao conte 3 minutos e retire do lume.Entretanto bata e passe numa rede fina as gemas,coloque uma colher da calda nas gemas e bata,coloque novamente mais 2/3 colheres e mexa novamente&lt;span style="color:#666600;"&gt;,(isto vai evitar que as gemas cozam e fiquem "farfalhudas" assim que se juntarem a calda)&lt;/span&gt;coloque a calda novamente ao lume a junte as gemas,tem que se ter em conta que nao se pode parar de mexer nunca &lt;span style="color:#999900;"&gt;( evitar que se cole as paredes e fundo do tacho, e se isto acontecer, ter o cuidado de mudar de tacho e nao raspar o fundo do primeiro tacho para evitar que o creme fique com sabor de queimado)&lt;/span&gt;ate ter a consistencia desejada,apos feito o doce de ovos retire para um outro recipiente para parar a cozedura.Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Montagem do bolo:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;com ajuda de fio de cozinha,fio dental ou mesmo uma faca e uma mao certinha, corte o bolo ao meio &lt;span style="color:#999900;"&gt;( pessoalmente eu prefiro o fio dental,comeco por fazer uma marcacao a toda a volta do bolo com uma faca e depois entrelaco o fio dental e separo as duas partes do bolo com cuidado,visto que este pao de lo fica extremamente fofo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Numa das partes do bolo coloque o creme de chocolate e tape com a outra metade do bolo.Cubra com o doce de ovos e espalhe bem com uma espatula por todo o bolo de forma uniforme. &lt;span style="color:#999900;"&gt;( enquanto cobre o bolo,tenha sempre uma taca com agua quente perto. torta folhada&lt;/a&gt;, mas foi tao,mas tao apreciada ca em casa que ja outras ideias me surgiram para elaborar esta simples mas deliciosa torta.&lt;br /&gt;A unica coisa que adicionei a receita original foi colocar raspas e quadrados de chocolate negro antes de enrolar, tal como a &lt;a href="http://www.receitinhasdabelinhagulosa.blogspot.com/"&gt;Belinha&lt;/a&gt; Noutro tacho coloque o ovo, a farinha, o açúcar e a margarina amolecida num tachinho e mexa tudo muito bem. Junte o leite a ferver e leve de novo ao lume mexendo sempre até espessar. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Corte rectângulos de massa folhada e sobreponha, dois a dois. Uma embalagem destas dá para 4 unidades, 8 rectângulos. Moldar bolas fechando-as em baixo com os dedos e colocar num tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal. Pincelar as bolinhas com 1 gema de ovo misturada com um pouco de leite.&lt;br /&gt;Cobrir com um pano e deixar levedar 30min.&lt;br /&gt;Entretanto preparar a cobertura:&lt;br /&gt;1 Ovo&lt;br /&gt;1 Gema&lt;br /&gt;140 gr de Acucar&lt;br /&gt;150 gr de Coco&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Misturar tudo e colocar por cima das bolinhas já levedadas.&lt;br /&gt;Levar ao forno a 200ºC durante 20min., sensivelmente, ou até ficarem douradas por cima. Nada melhor que uma massa, afinal de contas massa aceita todos os ingredientes e mais alguns.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Comecei por colocar 1 cebola e 1 dente de alho finamente picados, num wok com 1 fio de azeite,assim que ficou a cebola douradinha, juntei 2 cenouras raladas, 1/2 pacote de rebentos de soja, cubinhos de carne porco frita,1/2 lata de sasichas cortadas as rodelas que pediam para ser usados rapimente, polvilhei com cebolinho, temperei com sal e pimenta e deixei saltear tudo muito bem. Entretanto a parte cozi esparguete. Embora ja tenha rodado toda a blogsfera, eu retirei do delicioso e incomparavel &lt;a href="http://cozinha-da-risonha.blogspot.com/search?q=cafe+cremoso"&gt;blog da Risonha&lt;/a&gt; entre muitas e maravilhosas receitas, eis quese encontrava la escondido este cafezito delicioso. Experimentei e nao me arrependi.Uma delicia a acompanhar um bolinho num final de tarde fria.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;25gr de café solúvel&lt;br /&gt;1,5 chávena de chá de açucar&lt;br /&gt;3/4 de chávena de chá de água a ferver&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bater tudo com a batedeira eléctrica, em velocidade média, entre 10 a 15 minutos. Sobreponha duas a tres folhas e coloque no centro com cubos do leite creme. Dobre as folhas de massa de modo a cobrir todo o leite creme, pincele com manteiga e leve ao forno bem quente 15 minutos. Bata os ovos com o leite e envolva no preparado anterior.
